Social events
We organise social events annually to which all residents of Mayfair Gardens will be invited.
A BBQ is held in July and carol singing in December.
Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held annually, usually in November, December or January.
AGMs
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Annual General Meetings (AGMs) moved online during 2020, 2021 and 2022 to take place via video conferencing.
In 2023/24 we are returning to an in-person AGM.
Owners are invited to the AGMs and receive information packs detailing voting arrangements and joining instructions.
